Terms and conditions

• The Player as listed above wishes to apply to Football Federation Australia Limited to register as an AMATEUR PLAYER through the Slacks Creek Football Club (SCFC). By completing and submitting this registration, the Player (or if the Player is under 18 years of age at the time, that Player's parents or legal guardians) agree to comply with the terms and incorporated documents of SCFC, including the FFA Statutes and SPECTATOR CODE OF BEHAVIOUR in addition to the SCFC CODE OF CONDUCT.
  
  The Player (or if the Player is under 18 years of age at the time, that Player's parents or legal guardians) understands that if the codes are not followed, any/all of the following actions may be taken by SCFC or competition administrator:
  
  . Be required to apologise to teammates, opposition, club officials or the referee.
  . Receive a formal warning from the coach or the club committee.
  . Be removed or substituted from a team.
  . Be suspended from training.
  . Be required to leave the club.
  
  The Player hereby agrees to pay all registration costs in FULL prior to the first scheduled game and understands that if the registration costs are not paid in full the Player will not be permitted to take to the field until such time as all costs are paid.
  
  The Player understands they will be unable to take the field until all three registration platforms are completed (club registration via website; Football Queensland registration via Squadi; Football Australia registration via LetsPlayFootball).
  
  The Player (of if the Player is under 18 years of age at the time, that Player's parents or legal guardians) have made themselves aware of the SCFC Refund Policy, particularly in relation to cut-off dates for the refund of registration fees.
  
  PAYMENT OF ANY FINES INCURRED BY A PLAYER IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PLAYER.
